Step 1) Identify where your bracket will intersect with the windshield.
Step 2) Create a template so both sides are a mirror of each other.
Step 3) Use a router, Dremel or other rotating cutter at low speed and TAKE YOUR TIME!
Step 4) Clean your edges with a file.
Step 6) Finish install of windshield.
Step 7) Take it for a rip!
